Booking Policy
Thank you for choosing to book your trip with Sunrise Pack Station, L.L.C. We are
delighted to serve you in this capacity. In deciding to take a trip with us you are
reserving an amazing back country adventure. We desire to serve you and keep you
coming back for more.
The nature of as trip like this, with the park service reservation system, livestock and
food preparation requires us to make this a partially refundable trip. We must prepare
for the trip and reserve the sites even if you are unable to attend at the last minute.
A non-refundable booking deposit of 50% is required at the time of your trip booking.
The remainder is due 30 days before the trip departure. Reservations made within 30
days of the trip departure will need to be accompanied by payment for the full trip price.
(With late bookings 50% of the trip price is non-refundable)
Cancellation Policy
In the event of a cancellation 50% of the total trip cost, (the trip minus the deposit), will be refunded at any time. The
deposit is non-refundable.
Sunrise Pack Station, LLC reserves the right to cancel the trip due to forest fire. Sunrise Pack Station, LLC will not
be held responsible for any cancellation, or for any of your expenses incurred as a result of this cancellation. All trip
fees and deposits will be refunded or credited to the following year.
